Special Breakfast Omelette

Ingredients for Special Breakfast Omelette:

  • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • -Andy (Eggs) 5-6
  • -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
  • -Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole 3-4
  • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  • -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
  • -Aloo (Potatoes) small cubes 2 medium
  • -Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
  • -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste


  1. – In a frying visage, add cuisine oil painting, onion & sauté until translucent. – Add potatoes, mix well & cook until light golden( 5- 6 twinkles)
  2. . – Add tomatoes & blend well, cover & chef on low honey until tomatoes are soft( 4- 5 twinkles). –
  3. Add swab, black pepper grease paint, mix well & cook for a nanosecond.
  4. – Add eggs one by one, red chilli crushed & green chillies, cover & chef on low honey for 6- 8 twinkles.
  5. – Sprinkle fresh coriander, cut into slices & serve with paratha & tea.

Kabab Tocos with Salsa

Ingredients For Kabab Tocos with Salsa:

1. Prepare Roasted Tomato Salsa:

  • -Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
  • -Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 3-4 tbs
  • -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • -Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 medium
  • -Pyaz (Onion) peeled 1 medium
  • -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4

2. Prepare Chicken Shami Kabab:

  • -Monsalwa Chicken Shami Kabab 6-8
  • -Cooking oil for frying

3. Prepare Tacos:

  • -Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • -Tortillas small

4. Assembling:

  • -Iceberg chopped
  • -Kheera (Cucumber) finely chopped
  • -Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped
  • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
  • -Tabasco sauce


1. Prepare Salsa:

  1. – On a heated griddle, place tomatoes, onion, green chillies, garlic & repast from both sides until scorched( 6- 8 twinkles). –
  2. Place charred vegetables on a clean slice board & chop well.
  3. – Transfer to a coliseum, add onion, swab, bomb juice, fresh
  4. coriander, mix well & set away.

2. Prepare Chicken Shami Kabab:

  1. – In a frying visage, heat cuisine oil painting & shallow
    shindig funk shami kabab on medium honey from both sides until golden brown( 2- 3 twinkles).
  2. Do n’t thaw before frying.
  3. – Cut fried funk Shami kababs into four pieces & set away.

3. Prepare Tacos:

  1. – On a heated griddle, add cuisine oil painting,
  2. place tortilla( 6 inch) and cook from both sides until light golden.
  3. – Place shami kabab pieces on one side of tortilla, flip the
  4. other side over it & cook until crisp.

4. Assembling:

  1. – In tortillas, add icicle, set roasted tomato salsa, cucumbers, onion, freshcoriander & mizzle tabasco sauce & serve( makes 8).


Saag Gosht

Ingredients For Saag Gosht:

  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbs or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3-4 medium
  • Hara lehsan (Green garlic) chopped
  • Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  • Beef boneless cubes ½ kg
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
  • Pani (Water) 2-3 liters
  • Sarson ka saag (Fresh mustard leaves) 2 kg
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3
  • Sarson ka tail (Mustard oil) 1 Cup
  • Laung (Cloves) 8-10
  • Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
  • Sabut kali mirch (Whole black pepper) 10-12
  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2


  1. Clean all of the sparkling mustard leaves and wash them very well.
  2. In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add sparkling mustard leaves, and green chilies, blend, and produce it to boil, cowl and boil on medium-low flame for 4-5 hours (grind if preferred) & set aside.
  4. In the pot, add mustard oil, cloves, cinnamon sticks, complete black pepper, inexperienced cardamom, black cardamom, and cumin seeds, and blend nicely.
  5. Add beef boneless cubes and mix well till modifications shade.

Cheesy Beef Burritos

Ingredients For Cheesy Beef Burritos:

1. Prepare Herbed Sour Cream:

  • -Olper’s cream ¾ Cup
  • -Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • -Kali mirch powder (Dark pepper powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • -Namak (Salt) 1 squeeze or to taste
  • -New parsley hacked 1-2 tbs

2. Prepare Mexican Salad

  • -New parsley cleaved small bunch
  • -Kali mirch (Dark pepper) squashed ¼ tsp or to taste
  • -Leshan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
  • -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • -Olive oil 1 tbs
  • -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 1 Cup
  • -Corn parts bubbled ½ Cup
  • -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 Cup
  • -Salted jalapenos cut ½ Cup
  • -Ice shelf destroyed 1 and ½ Cup

3. Prepare Beef Mince Filling:

  • -Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • -Lal labia (Red kidney beans) boiled 250g
  • -Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
  • -Leshan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
  • -Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg
  • -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

3. Assembling:

  • -Tortilla 11 inches
  • -Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
  • -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required


  1. Get ready for Herbed Acrid Cream:
  2. -In cream, add lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt, and fresh parsley and blend well, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Herbed sharp cream is prepared!
  3. Plan Mexican Plate of mixed greens:
  4. -In a bowl, add tomatoes, corn kernels, capsicum, pickled jalapenos, iceberg, fresh parsley, black pepper crushed, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil, toss well and put away.
  5. Plan Meat Mince Filling:
  6. -In a searing pan, add cooking oil, onion, and garlic and sauté until clear.
  7. -Add meat mince and blend well until it changes tone.
  8. -Add cumin powder, paprika powder, black pepper crushed, and salt, mix well, cover, and cook on low fire for 12-15 minutes.
  9. -Add red kidney beans, mix well, and cook on high fire until it evaporates (2-3 minutes).
  10. -Allow it to cool.
  11. Gathering:
  12. -On the tortilla, add and spread arranged herbed sharp cream.
  13. -Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, prepared beef mince filling, prepared Mexican salad, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, fold every one of the sides, and roll it.
  14. -Oil barbecue skillet with cooking oil, place moved tortilla and barbecue from the two sides (makes 6-7).
  15. -Cut and present with herbed sharp cream!
