Quick & Simple Vegetable Lasagna (Baked & Air Fried)

Ingredients Vegetable Lasagna:

1. Prepare Red sauce:

  • Lal mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbs
  • Dried basil 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2-3 tbs
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Pyaz (White onion) chopped ½ Cup
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
  • Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 2 Cups
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

2. Prepare Vegetable White Sauce:

  • Cream ¾ Cup
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Lasagna sheets 9-10
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Pyaz (White onion) chopped 1 Cup
  • Gajar (Carrots) chopped ½ Cup
  • Zucchini diced ½ Cup
  • Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
  • Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
  • Yakhni (Stock) 2 & ½ Cup Substitute: 2 stock cubes dissolved in 2 & ½ cup of water

3. Assembling:

  • Mozzarella cheese grated
  • Cheddar cheese grated
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
  • Dried oregano
  • Cherry tomatoes

Directions:

1. Prepare Red Sauce:

  1.  In a saucepan, add cuisine oil painting, white onion, and garlic & sauté until translucent.
  2. Add pureed tomatoes, mix well & cook on high honey for 3- 4 twinkles.
  3. Add swab, black pepper grease paint, dried oregano, sugar, dried basil, and tomato paste & blend well, cover & chef on low honey for 4- 5 twinkles & set away.

2. Prepare Vegetable White Sauce:

  1.  In a frying visage, add cuisine oil painting, and white onion & sauté until translucent.
  2. Add carrots, zucchini, sludge kernels, and capsicum mix well & cook on high honey for 2- 3 twinkles & set away.
  3. In a wok, add cuisine oil painting, and adulation & let it melt.
  4. Add all-purpose flour, mix well & cook for a nanosecond.
  5. Add stock, whisk well & bring it to a boil.
  6. Turn off the honey, add cream, black pepper crushed, swab, and red chili crushed & whisk well to combine.
  7. Turn on the honey & chef until the sauce thickens( 2 twinkles).
  8. Now add sauteed vegetables & blend well, cook for a nanosecond & set away.
  9. In boiling water, add a swab, cook oil painting & blend well.
  10. Add lasagna waste & boil until half did ( 3 twinkles), the strain also washes with water & sets away.

3. Assembling:

  1.  In a 10 x 6-inch baking dish, add & spread set red sauce, lasagna waste, red sauce, set vegetable white sauce, mozzarella rubbish, cheddar rubbish, lasagna waste, red sauce, vegetable white sauce, mozzarella rubbish, cheddar rubbish, lasagna wastes, red sauce, vegetable white sauce, mozzarella rubbish, cheddar rubbish, sprinkle red chili crushed, dried oregano & trim with cherry tomatoes.

4. Option # 1: Baking

  1. – Singe in the preheated roaster at 180C for 18- 20 twinkles.

5. Option # 1: Baking

  1. – Air shindig at 180C for 8- 10 twinkles.
