Machi Bhaat (Fish with Rice)
Ingredients Machi Bhaat Fish with Rice:
- –Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- -Leshan (Garlic) cloves 3
- -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
- -Water 3-4 tbs
- -Cooking oil ½ Cup
- -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
- -Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 4 medium
- -Laung (Cloves) 5-6
- -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 3-4
- -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-15
- -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
- -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- -Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- -Water ½ Cup or as required
- -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
- -Water 1 & ½ Cups
- -Water 2 Cups
- -Surmai (Kingfish) pieces 650g
- -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste Adjust salt as required
- -Water 1 Cup or as required
- -Soya (Dill) chopped ½ Cup or as required
- -Chawal (Rice) sella 500g (soaked 1 hour)
- -Water 3 Cups or as required
- -Cooking oil ¼ Cup
- -Soya (Dill) chopped
Bearings:
- -In a blender, add green chillies, garlic, fresh coriander, and water, blend well and put away. In a pot, add cooking oil, and onion and sear until light and brilliant.- Add potatoes, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and black peppercorns mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- -Add red bean stew powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, and salt, mix well and cook briefly.
- Add water, mix well and cook on medium fire for 2-3 minutes.
- And Add tomatoes, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Or Add water, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Secondly And other Add mixed paste, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add water, mix well and carry it to bubble.
- Enter fish pieces and blend gently, cover and cook on medium fire for 4-5 minutes.
- -Take out fish pieces and save them for some time in the future.
- -And Add green chillies, and salt and blend well.
- Or Add water, mix well and carry it to bubble.
- -Hold 1/third of the sauce for some time in the future.
- -In excess gravy, add soya and blend well.
- -Added drenched rice and blend well.
- -Added water, mix well and carry it to a boil, cover and cook on medium fire for 3-4 minutes.
- -Add cooking oil and cooked fish pieces, cover with kitchen material and cover and steam cook on low fire for 10-15 minutes.
- -In a serving dish, add cooked rice, place fish pieces, pour held gravy, sprinkle soya and present with sauce!
