Veggie Jalapeno Burger
Ingredients Jalapeno Veggie:
1. Prepare Jalapeno Mayo Sauce:
- Hot sauce 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Monsalwa Veggie burger patties 4
- Cooking oil for frying
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Pickled jalapenos sliced 3-4 tbs
2. Assembling:
- Cheese slice
- Tomato ketchup
- Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
- Bakery chips
- Burger buns
- Iceberg shredded
Directions:
1. Prepare Jalapeno Mayo Sauce:
- In a blender, add mayonnaise, mustard paste, pickled jalapenos, hot sauce, swab, red chili greasepaint & mix well & set away.
- In a frying visage, heat cuisine oil painting, shindig veggie burger galettes on medium honey from both sides until golden brown( 3- 4 twinkles) & set away.
2. Assembling
- On a burger bun, add & spread set jalapeno mayo sauce, add icicle, rubbish slice, fried veggie burger croquette, tomato ketchup, cucumber, bakery chips, set jalapeno mayo sauce & cover with top burger bun( makes 4) & serve!
