Italian Double Cheese Pizza

Ingredients Italian Double Cheese Pizza:

Prepare Red Sauce:

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Leshan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Tomato puree 2 Cups

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Sugar 1 & ½ tsp

-Dried oregano 1 tsp

-Fresh basil leaves chopped 1 tbs

-Olper’s mozzarella cheese 200g

Prepare Dough:

-Warm water 1 Cup

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs

-Chamber (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted in 3 Cups

-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp

-Cooking oil 3 tbs

Assembling:

-Olper’s cheddar cheese as required

-Olper’s mozzarella cheese as required

-Chicken pepperoni sliced

-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed

-Leshan powder (Garlic powder)

-Dried oregano

-Fresh basil leaves

Get ready Red Sauce:

-In a saucepan, add cooking oil, and garlic and blend well.

-Add tomato puree and blend well.

-Add salt, sugar, dried oregano, and fresh basil leaves, mix well and cook on medium fire for 2-3 minutes and put away.

-Cut mozzarella cheddar into 12 sticks and put away.

Plan Mixture:

-In a little jug, add warm water, caster sugar, and instant yeast and blend well, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.

-In a bowl, add generally useful flour, and salt and blend well.

-Add cooking oil and blend well until it disintegrates.

-Continuously add yeast combination and massage until batter is shaped.

-Oil with cooking oil, cover, and let it evidence for 60 minutes (warm spot).- Sprinkle dry flour and manipulate mixture again until smooth.
