Homemade Zafrani kheer Mix
Ingredients Zafrani kheer:
1. Prepare Homemade Kheer Mix:
- Sugar 2 Cups or to taste
- Dry milk powder 3 Cups
- Badam (Almonds) sliced ¼ Cup
- Zafran (Saffron strands) 1 tsp
- Bread slices 4
- Chawal (Rice) tota ½ Cup (washed & dried)
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 9-10
2. Prepare with Homemade Mix:
- Doodh (Milk) 1 liter
- Homemade Zafrani kheer mix 1 & ½ Cup
- Badam (Almonds) sliced
- Zafran (Saffron strands)
Directions:
1. Prepare Homemade Kheer Mix:
- In an eggbeater, add chuck slices & hash well.
- In a frying visage, add chuckmotes & dry repast on low honey until lightly brown( 4- 5 twinkles) & take out in a coliseum & let it cool.
- In a small grinder, add rice, grind to make grease paint & take it out in the same coliseum.
- In a small grinder, add green cardamom, grind well & take it out in the same coliseum.
- In a small grinder, add sugar, grind to make grease paint & take it out in the same coliseum.
- In the same coliseum, add dry milk grease paint, almonds, and saffron beaches & blend until well combined.Homemade Zafrani kheer blend is ready( Yields 1 kg approx. 25- 30 servings)
- Can be stored in a watertight jar for over 1 month in a cool & dry place.
2. Prepare with Homemade Kheer Mix:
- In a wok, add milk & bring it to a boil.
- Add manual zafrani kheer blend( 1 & ½ Cup), whisk well & cook on low honey until asked thickness( 12- 15 twinkles) & keep mixing in between.
- Take out in serving mugs, trim with almonds, saffron beaches & serve stupefied!
