Herb Fried Rice
1. Ingredients For Herb Fried Rice:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Andy (Eggs) whisked 2
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Leshan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Chawal (Rice) boiled with salt 2 cups
- Fresh Parsley chopped ½ cup
- Dried Rosemary 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) green chopped 2 tbs
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Soy sauce ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
- Fresh Parsley chopped
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
- Lemon wedges

2. Prepare Herb rice:
- In a wok add cooking oil, and whisked eggs & cook until done, mix well, break eggs with a spoon, set aside & reserve for later use.
- In the same wok add cooking oil, and garlic & sauté for a minute.
- Add boiled rice & mix well.
- Add fresh parsley, dried rosemary, black pepper crushed, spring onion green, and prepared omelet, and mix well.
- Add chicken powder, soy sauce, and vinegar & mix well.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley, and spring onion leaves from the top & serve.
