2. Prepare Herb rice:

  1. In a wok add cooking oil, and whisked eggs & cook until done, mix well, break eggs with a spoon, set aside & reserve for later use.
  2. In the same wok add cooking oil, and garlic & sauté for a minute.
  3. Add boiled rice & mix well.
  4. Add fresh parsley, dried rosemary, black pepper crushed, spring onion green, and prepared omelet, and mix well.
  5. Add chicken powder, soy sauce, and vinegar & mix well.
  6. Sprinkle fresh parsley, and spring onion leaves from the top & serve.
