Crispy Creamy Vegetable Rolls
Ingredients Vegetable Rolls:
- Cooking 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes 1 Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) grated 1 Cup
- Matar (Peas) blanched 1 Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Dried oregano 2 tsp
- Olper’s Dairy Cream 1 Cup (room temperature)
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Water 1 Cup
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
- In a wok, add cuisine oil painting, and garlic & blend well.
- Add onion, mix well & sauté until lightly golden.
- Add cabbage, capsicum, and carrots, mix well & cook on medium honey for 4- 5 twinkles.
- Add peas, swab, red chili grease paint, cumin seeds, black pepper grease paint, and dried oregano, mix well & cook for 1- 2 twinkles.
- On low honey, add cream, mix well & cook for a nanosecond.
- Add fresh coriander & blend well. – Add breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Let it cool fully.
- Add mozzarella rubbish, and cheddar rubbish & blend well.
- With greased hands, take a small volume of admixture( 70g) & make rolls of equal sizes.
- In a coliseum, add all-purpose flour, swab, gradationally add water & whisk well. The flour slurry is ready!
- Now dip set rolls in flour slurry also fleece with breadcrumbs and again dip in flour slurry & fleece with breadcrumbs( makes 14).
- Can be stored in the freezer for over 1 month. Deep Shindig
- In a wok, heat cuisine oil painting and deep shindig on medium honey until golden brown & crisp. Singe
- Encounter delicate vegetable rolls with oil painting & singe in the preheated roaster at 200C 20- 25 twinkles( flip in between formerly after 15 twinkles). Air Fry
- Encounter delicate vegetable rolls with oil paint & air shindig in preheated air at 200C shindig for 10- 12 twinkles( flip in between formerly after 5 twinkles).
- Serve with chili mayonnaise sauce!
