Creamy Fruit Chaat

Ingredients Fruit Chaat:

  • -Kiwi slices 1 Cup
  • -Saib (Apples) 1 Cup
  • -Anaar (Pomegranate) 1 Cup
  • -Banana slices 1 Cup
  • -Chocolate chips 1/3 Cup
  • -Strawberries
  • -Banana
  • -Anaar (Pomegranate)
  • -Ice cubes
  • -Olper’s Dairy cream 400ml
  • -Sugar powdered ½ Cup
  • -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
  • -Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup
  • -Kishmish (Raisins) ¼ Cup
  • -Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped ¼ Cup
  • -Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 3 tbs
  • -Khajure (Dates) deseeded & sliced ½ Cup
  • -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • -Mixed fruit cocktail 300g or as required

Directions:

  1. – In a large coliseum, add ice cells & place another coliseum over it, add cream and beat well.
  2. – Add sugar & beat well until stiff peaks form.
  3. – Add yogurt, almonds, raisins, cashew nuts, desiccated coconut, dates, and swab, mix well & keep it stupefied.
  4. – Strain mixed fruit blend, let it strain for 10 twinkles & set away.
  5. – In a coliseum, add kiwi, apple, mixed fruit blend, pomegranate, banana, chocolate chips, set cream admixture & blend well.
  6. – Garnish with strawberry, banana, and pomegranate & serve stupefied!
