Chicken Tikka Chatti pathiri
Ingredients Chicken Tikka:
1. Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:
- -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- -Cooking oil ½ tbs
- -Cooking oil 1 tbs
- -Mon Salwa spring roll pastry 8-10
- -Cheddar cheese grated
- -Mozzarella cheese grated
- -Anday (Eggs) boiled & sliced 2-3
- -Cooking oil 1 tsp
- -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- -Mon Salwa Chicken tikka boti 350g
- -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
- -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
- -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- -Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1 tbs
- -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- -Anday (Eggs) 3-4
- -Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
- -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
Directions:
1. Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:
- – hash funk tikka boti in small pieces with the help of a cutter & set it away.
- – In a wok, add cuisine oil painting, and garlic & blend well.
- – Add onion, mix well & shindig until light golden
- – Add funk tikka boti diced & mix well.
- – Add capsicum, swab, black pepper crushed, green chili, and fresh coriander, mix well & set away.
- – In a dish, add eggs, milk, black pepper grease paint, swab, cooking oil painting & whisk well.
- – Grease6.5 ” inch small cuisine pot with cuisine oil painting.
- – Now dip two spring roll confections ( 7 x 7 inches) into the egg admixture & place them in the cuisine pot one by one. – Add & spread set funk tikka stuffing, cheddar rubbish & mozzarella rubbish.
- – Dip the coming two spring confection into the whisked eggs and lay on the top and again add funk tikka stuffing, cheddar rubbish & mozzarella cheese. Repeat 2 layers of roll distance & stuffing.
- – Add egg slices & keep repeating the process till the last spring roll confection is concentrated on the top fold the edges & set( reprise 3 further layers of roll distance & stuffing).
- – Poke holes with a rustic skewer & pour the remaining egg admixture on the top.
- – Let it set for 2- 3 twinkles.
- – Heat griddle, place cuisine visage on it, cover & cook on high honey for 2- 3 twinkles to make up brume also lower the honey & continue cooking for 25- 30 twinkles.
- – Scraps the sides through a rubber spatula, precisely flip chatti pathiri onto a flat plate & set it away.
- – Place frying visage & grease with cuisine oil painting, place chatti pathiri back into the frying dad, cover, and cook another side on low honey for 4- 5 twinkles.
- – Take out on a serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander.
- – Cut into pieces & serve!
