Gurr Chikki (Brittle) with Peanut, Till & Channa
Ingredients For Gurr Chikki (Brittle) :
- -Chana (Roasted gram) 1 & ½ Cups
- -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2-3 tbs
- -Falak Desi Shakkar Jaggery Powder 1 & ½ Cup
2. Prepare Til Chikki:
- -Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 & ½ Cup
- -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2-3 tbs
- -Falak Desi Shakkar Jaggery Powder 1 & ½ Cup
3. Prepare Mongphali Chikki:
- -Mong phali (Peanuts) 1 & ½ Cups
- -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2-3 tbs
- -Falak Desi Shakkar Jaggery Powder 1 & ½ Cup
Bearings:
- Get ready Chana Chikki:
- -In a wok, add broiled gram and the dry dish on medium fire until fragrant (2-3 minutes) and put away.
- -In a wok, add desi ghee and let it liquefy.
- -Add desi shakkar, mix ceaselessly and cook on low fire until it softens (4-5 minutes).
- -Add broiled gram and blend until all around joined then move on a lubed silicon mat and carry out with the assistance of lubed moving pin.
-Cut into wanted shapes, let it set for 30 minutes, and serve.

2. Plan Mongphali Chikki:
- -In a wok, add peanuts and the dry dish on medium fire until fragrant (2-3 minutes) and put away.
- -In a wok, add desi ghee and let it liquefy.
- -Add desi shakkar, mix ceaselessly and cook on low fire until it softens (4-5 minutes).
- -Add simmered peanuts and blend until all around consolidated then move on a lubed silicon mat and carry out with the assistance of lubed moving pin.
- -Cut into wanted shapes, let it set for 30 minutes, and serve.
- -Can be stored in a sealed shut container.
